SILICONE SEALER WATER REPELLENT AND BEADING FOR CEMENT AND BRICKWORK
A non-film-forming, transparent silicon sealer, suitable for all absorbent building materials to prevent efflorescence. The treated surfaces acquire excellent smog repellent properties and a remarkable beading effect that encourages rain run-off and prevents water from penetrating into the support. This prevents water absorption and water retention, which are the main causes of materials becoming damaged and the formation of fungi and mould.
FIELDS OF USE
It is therefore recommended as a sealer and protective primer for concrete, cement, natural stone and stone materials, granite and terrazzo, terracotta and brickwork.
When used on artistic artefacts or those of a high aesthetic value, it contributes to their preservation by keeping their appearance and colour unaltered.
APPLICATION
It should be applied by brush, roller or by spraying onto clean dry surfaces taking care to protect doors, windows and metal parts.
