WASHABLE WATER-BASED PAINT FOR OUTDOOR USE
This is a high quality water-based wall paint, with high covering capacity, good brushability and excellent flow. Very resistant to washing and weathering, ensuring long-lasting protection of the treated surfaces. It is suitable for producing fine finishes on outdoor walls, but its good breathability and special aesthetic effect makes it suitable also for use indoors. Replacing traditional pigments with powdered quartz gives it a high covering capacity and excellent filling properties. It has excellent brushability and is easy to touch-up and repaint, even on previously painted substrates. The ZINC PYRIDONE based active ingredient provides an effective protection to algae and fungi.

FIELDS OF USE
EDILMAR is especially suitable for outdoor finishes of façades that require a considerable resistance to ageing or where the substrate is discontinuous or uneven. It can be particularly useful when applied in any other situation, especially if the walls are to be given a slightly rustic effect.

APPLICATION
Apply with a brush, roller or airless spray gun. The product should be diluted with water according to the absorption of the substrate and the required thickness of the finish.
It is recommended to dilute it 30-40% for the first coat and 15-20% for the second
coat. Scrape and brush the substrate thoroughly. Fill any cracks. If the substrate is very absorbent, first apply a coat of MARINTONE diluted 1:4 with water.
On precast concrete, use ISOFLEX diluted 1:2 with thinner 082.000. Do not apply at
temperatures less than 5°C and a relative humidity higher than 80%.
