FIELDS OF USE
Suitable for any type of wall surface coated with two coat plaster, gypsum plaster, concrete, old water-based paints and quartz paints in kitchens, bathrooms, residential buildings, industrial sheds, cellars etc. and in all cases where it is vital to protect the surface from mould.
APPLICATION
New building substrates: apply a fixative after brushing and cleaning. In the event of flaking and/or very compact substrates, use a high penetration fixative such as Isoflex or Marintone. Already painted building substrates: make sure that the old paint is solid and that it adheres well to the substrate. In the case of washable paints that are in good condition, apply directly after cleaning; in other cases apply the fixative as indicated above. If in doubt, remove the old paint completely. If there is any mould, treat the surface beforehand with Contromuffa following the instructions on the package. Apply with a brush, roller or by spraying. The product should be diluted with water according to the absorption of the substrate and the required thickness of the finish. Do not apply at temperatures less than 5°C and a relative humidity higher than 80%.
